"John was great he was very responsive and helped answer many of my questions between different door intercom systems. I have a mutli-unit building that has three different systems and wanted one intercom system. We went with the Aiphone GT system, which I had in one unit and was happy as it is simple to use for the tenants and fairly priced. I have used Metro lock prior and they were not as responsive as John was. They even wanted charge me $250.00 to come out to get me an estimate even though they had done work in there before and they already knew what systems I had in place. They were not as helpful, so I went with John and I am glad I did. He seemed more understanding with my concerns and needs.
