I have a mutli-unit building that has three different systems and wanted one intercom system. We went with the Aiphone GT system, which I had in one unit and was happy as it is simple to use for the tenants and fairly priced. I have used Metro lock prior and they were not as responsive as John was. They even wanted charge me $250.00 to come out to get me an estimate even though they had done work in there before and they already knew what systems I had in place. They were not as helpful, so I went with John and I am glad I did. He seemed more understanding with my concerns and needs. He was very quick to get me an estimate and we had the system ordered and installed within a week. His prices were also within line and slightly lower than the others that I got estimates from. The intercom is great, simple to use for the tenants and reasonably prices. Thanks for the quick service and great install. He was on time, professional with my tenants needs in entering their units, very clean and efficient."
