"Very good experience! Leading up to the job, Luigi periodically kept us informed on scheduling (each day of rain postpones all work for a day, and we had a rainy July). Then, he and his men performed the work, which included installing a new fence, in a very structured way -- section by section over several days. Luigi also suggested and added a couple of creative touches, such as a gently curved walkway (we had planned it as straight, with no design) leading from the driveway to both our front steps and the main walkway (see below). He even accommodated our need for a way to get our dog out to the street multiple times each day, even as access to our two entrances was ever-changing. The finished product looks outstanding, and has really enhanced our home and property."

"Salesman came called to let me know he was coming. He explained all my options and was patient even though family member did not like my choice of fabric pattern. He took measurements. After the ordered fabric was received, the fellows came to install framing when they said they were coming. Then they remeasured to make sure awning would fit properly. I was told that another support pole should be installed and the fabric is ready to be sewn. They would be back in a couple of days to install the awning. When they returned a couple of days later they had the sewn awning and the additional support for the awning. Each appointment was kept timely. The awning looks great!"

"I worked with Kamran from Hi Tech Contracting to completely redo our front patio, staircase, and redo our entire walkway. They also power washed and resealed the front brick facade of our house. Working with Kamran has been an absolute pleasure - he's very responsive, offers good feedback and advice. When the team made a design decision that I was not happy with, and caught after the fact, Kamran very quickly rectified it and it was completely changed to my liking. I have stone pavers and they were very careful in cutting them and digging Deep enough to establish a good anchor. They even installed railings for my back stoop. I would highly recommend them!
