"I Hired Starkie Landscaping Design about a month ago and recently had some issues with grass re-growing in the area of the new landscape design. I called John Starkie to discuss this issue and not only did he respond within minutes of my call he had sent a crew over 20-30 minutes after I spoke with him. if that is not prompt service and GREAT!!!! care for your customers I do not know what is I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH how much my wife an I appreciated how quickly they came out and addressed this issue. "Salesman came called to let me know he was coming. He explained all my options and was patient even though family member did not like my choice of fabric pattern. He took measurements. After the ordered fabric was received, the fellows came to install framing when they said they were coming. Then they remeasured to make sure awning would fit properly. I was told that another support pole should be installed and the fabric is ready to be sewn. They would be back in a couple of days to install the awning. When they returned a couple of days later they had the sewn awning and the additional support for the awning. Each appointment was kept timely. The awning looks great!"

It looks fantastic as well. We had a small mishap which they rectified immediately and made it very clear that they wanted me to be happy with the job. The painter, Jose, was just wonderful as were the roofers. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up my property before they left. I would highly recommend this company!"
