Mehmet's skill, reasonable price and honesty were well appreciated here."

"I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."

The Mitsubishi unit itself is an excellent product. Cools quickly, quietly, and is multifunctional. The installers Brian and Moses did the job in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner. All stages of the job went smoothly. Functions of the unit and use of the remote were explained thoroughly and a booklet was provided that reinforces the information. Cleanup was excellently done. I am very pleased with the communication with Scot O choosing the product to be installed, getting questions answered as well as with the knowledgeable, courteous and efficient installers. "Turnaround was very quick. He did a free quote and installed a new water boiler within two days. He was able to answer technical questions and explain exactly what was wrong in terms I could verify. He also broke down the invoices so I make pay with multiple credit cards. He places a sticker on the boiler with his contact info incase there is ever an issue with the boiler. He also cleaned up after himself and helped me reorganize the boiler room after the installation as I also use it for storage space. Lastly, he carried the old boiler and put it in a storage area in case we ever need it for parts. His quote was $4,000 less than the quote provided by our previous plumber."
