"Mo is an up and coming Plumber but knows as much as someone whoâ s been in the industry for 30+ years. I had an old boiler that was 30 years old and While other plumbers tried to swindle me into purchasing a new boiler, Mo was â more than happy to take on a challenge.â To my surprise, he took on that challenge at very short notice and completed the work that same day. Some plumbers might claim that they canâ t work on the electrical part of the boiler but Mo can do both. I couldnâ t be happier. Thank you Mo!"

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"We had a phone call and he actually helped me figure out that I might need a plumber instead of HVAC repair. Mark was very courteous and so helpful! If we do end up needing to go back to him I will definitely call for them to make a visit."

"Billy and his crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. Upon leaving he made recommendations to have all my air valves replaced in my radiators and encouraged me to call with any questions. I appreciate the care he and his crew took with my home."

"I?ve hired Adan and his team multiple times for my rental properties, and they?ve consistently delivered top-notch service. They are true professionals who know exactly what they?re doing?something that sadly can?t be said for many other so-called licensed plumbers out there. While others charge outrageous rates for even the simplest jobs, Adan offers fair pricing without cutting corners. It?s a relief to have a reliable, skilled team I can trust on Long Island. Highly recommended!"

"Twinz Mechanical did an excellent job servicing my boiler. They were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with from start to finish. The team showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the work quickly without cutting corners. It’s not always easy to find reliable contractors. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality service."

"Amazing! Keno came highly recommended and he and his apprentice did not disappoint. They were patient with explain the issue, the game plan to fix issue and how things should work properly. To top it off they were very patient with my very inquisitive 7 yr old and all her questions. Will absolutely recommend to all who need boiler service! Thanks Keno!"

"Joe was professional and completed requested general services including Installing outdoor solar light, shower safety bar and vent in bathroom. I was extremely happy with finding a service provider that I can count on!"
