"These guys were outstanding. They removed wallpaper and painted my LR, DR, hall and foyer. Peter, his business, gave an accurate estimate and stuck to it, to the dollar. The old popcorn ceiling (popcorn removed by someone else) needed skim coating and actually needed an extra coat to make my ceiling literally pristine. He did not charge me for the extra labor or materials. The team was polite, entirely respectful of my home, and extremely kind to my elderly mother. There wasn't one drop paint where it shouldn't be. Not a single streak or drip. For the ceiling work, I believe the workers were actually running to complete the job on time and with precision. My washtubs are in the basement, I don't know how many trips they made up & down! They were patient with me as changed my mind on color choices. All the guys were personable, and clearly experienced. They cleaned up after themselves and put my furniture back where it belongs. 2 days after they were done, while was rehanging pictures. the ceiling got scraped! I reached out to Peter to get the right touch up paint, and he promised when he was in the area again he would do the touch up...and he did. Great experience, definitely will rehire!"

"They didn't complete the Gazebo and the siding is crooked and you can see the cracks on it. Except not completing the gazebo roof. It needs to be screwed down because it flaps when the wind blows and that is how I found out."

"Workers arrived daily between 9 & 10a, dropped off by Bill: workers did great work! Took about six working days to paint all the walls of an 875 sq ft ranch, not bad at all! (I'll add before and after pictures to this when I can!). Honestly not sure why a worker wore a Trump hat on one of the last days, at my job we're not allowed to wear anything remotely political and I don't work with the public or customers!"

He had a guy there the next morning and finished the job in no time at all! Extremely professional, punctual, and just great to work with. After a little miscommunication on my part (I forgot to tell him about one small side of the dormer) he was extremely respectful and came back the next morning and finished it within 20 min. "DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! You will be sorry. Mike was the worst person I could have hired to do my GC for my new build. In the beginning he was great. Really enjoyed meeting with him and talking about my project. He was your typical sales man, all talk and very lil if any actions. I would catch him multiple times lying to me and making up reasons why things were not getting done. He will over charge you way more than actual costs. He know the business and even better knows how to manipulate people into thinking he will over see the project. I hired him because I was assured he would be there everyday and make sure everything was done correctly. He never showed up and would never get back to you when there was a problem . Worst mistake I ever made contacting him. I would never recommend him to anyone. Your local paper boy would do a better job being your GC. I could write a book on the amount of problems I had with him."
