In regard to the flat roof repair - it was done in one day and seems to be done well, we had thought that the soffit underside of the flat roof would be included for the price. Apparently Roofologists does not do soffit. I have to assume that having two men on the job and today?s market is why it was so costly. I take ownership for not having a complete understanding of what was included, but it was disappointing to learn that I need to find someone else to finish the aesthetics of my small flat roof over my front door.
