Rick went over our home for 1.5hrs to give us an accurate estimate. He quoted us 3 systems. He was very detailed in what they were going to do, down to where they were going to run pipes, how they would handle the condensate from both the AC and the secondary heat exchanger on the furnace. He evaluated the ducting and suggested changes (which they later implemented). I got two estimates from other companies. ARB's recommended system and offered price were not the lowest price, but also not the highest. We decided to go with ARB because of the detail they went into on everything. They were recommending a top of the line variable speed modulating gas furnace, 13 SEER AC and Wifi enabled smart thermostat. One other company recommended the same system ARB did, but ARB was recommending a chimney liner be installed, the other company didn't, ARB was also recommending the latest smart thermostat, the other company was recommending one version back from current, which doesn't get as good of software support from the manufacturer. I was expecting ARB's quote to be higher, but in fact they were significantly less costly. ARB also laid out what national fuel rebates you could expect (for our system turned out to be $725 in rebates), and what manufacturers rebates you would get based on the equipment being recommended (they even fill out the paperwork for you). The other company didn't do that at all. On install day, the install crew installed everything exactly as Rick had described. Everything looks great and more importantly works great. The whole crew (Nick, Drew, John, Mary and Rick) was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

After another company told me that my AC unit would not take a charge and recommended replacement, Rick came out and proved that theory wrong. The unit charged and my system is back to running condition

Very well. Minor glitch with the service alert function server and login that Lennox resolved over the course of a few days.
ARB was also very helpful with explaining and assisting with various rebate forms and paperwork.

Rick and Mary did an excellent job for me.. I was not happy with the ductwork delivering air to the upper floor of my home and they came up with a scheme to get larger sized and additional ductwork to service that part of the house.
Rick even returned after the job was completed to connect my smart thermostat to my WiFi system.

They did not have any references. We took the risk and hired them. They did a great job, pretty nice work. They are very professional, very very knowledgeable with all what they did. Rick was knowledgeable and his wife was supporting also, very good team. I recommend them to anybody.

ARB is a family owned business and a delightful one at that. Rick and Mary (husband and wife) work together with the assistance of additional crew members as needed. They are wonderful, honest, hardworking folks who deliver what they promise. They arrived on time and completed the entire install in one day. When they left, you would not have know they were even here. They kept the worksite meticulously clean during the install and the post-job clean-up was superb. The products are top-of-the line and have been working like a champ. Rick assisted us in obtaining the maximum energy tax breaks. The installations are a thing of beauty. Every joint superbly glued and/or soldered, every electrical line and plumbing run perfectly plumb and/or horizontal. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. They also have a wonderful sense of humor and it was a delight to have them around. Can't say that about too many installers!

I'd recommend them to anyone and I already have. My friends also obtained an installation from ARB and they too are very pleased.
