Twice through a phone call which she ignored so I left a message and then twice through text. The homeowner denied me fixing it. She said, “hopefully this was a lucrative learning experience for you” After a rant about her owning her own business. I want to fix that shelf. Instead she wants to call a lawyer over a shelf."
