Very well. During the service call the intake person provided tips on purchase of a moen faucet that would be a higher standard than the one I was planning to purchase, in order to increase the ease of possible repair in the future; the vendor was also very responsive to my need to a timely appointment as I was unable to completely close the HOT water faucet!
The owner called me to verify that everything needed to do the job was in place and told me what time to expect the plumber, who arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional and completed the work within a reasonable time frame. There were no surprises for me as the consumer, and he answered all of my questions. I would definitely call this vendor again!

They are immaculate and do excellent work. They always clean up after the work is done and I let them come into the house when I am not home. They are trustworthy and I would highly recommend them.

Finally called Pynn based on the good reviews here. They are the best kept secret in Lockport, I swear! They sent someone over the next day! He was on time and professional. Nick took a look at the project, went to go get a couple new supplies because we had solder all over the pipe where we tried to fix it. He came back right away and fixed it all in less than an hour! He was really nice, and explained why he used or did not use certain items. Taught me a lot so I know for next time. Would DEFINATELY recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done! Also the office manager was very nice on the phone!

They were excellent. In view of us having to replace sheet rock in the bathroom that needed to subsequently be painted, they did not finish that bathroom work so the painting could be done. There was no mess left, after they finished work.

We split with our neighbor because we also had to split the water lines so it was like a little less than an $8000 between us. Price I think anyone would think it was high but I guess it was like OK for sharing it with someone. Honestly, they weren't that friendly and they did other things that they said that they didn't tell us they are going to do. I mean they did their work and that is fine and that basically the extent of it.

S M Pynn and Sons were very professional and their prices were reasonable. They are very professional and they are pretty prompt. The guys know what they are doing and the office staff seems to know what they are doing also. The quality of work is very good. I think they are pretty prompt. If you have an emergency they will get to you as soon as possible and not have you wait around four hours and days and stuff.

I called (it was NOT an emergency) and two days later they called back and said he would be out.
He came early and an hour + he was done.
Overall was fine.
