"We found this company through Anji to come fix our leaking pipe in the basement. They contacted us and we agreed to pay the above-mentioned price if we paid cash that day. The owner said he was sending his uncle. The man arrived and fixed the pipe by replacing it. Before he started the pipe was the only thing broken in the area, of which I am certain because when the leak started I wasn't sure where it was coming from and looked at all the pipes until I noticed the leaking one. When he was done I looked at the pipe and saw it was replaced and seemed fine. Because I was focusing on that, I did not look at the surrounding pipes. However, after he left my wife and I looked at it again and noticed the pipe with asbestos insulation next to it had been ripped open. We called the company and at first they tried to deny they did it but after sending pictures as proof they agreed to fix it. They kept claiming someone was coming the following week, but nobody would ever come and eventually they just stopped answering our calls and texts. We had to hire someone for $2250 to fix it and clean up the resulting contamination"
