The work ware completed to my complete satisfaction. The work was done professionally and I was happy with end result.

They set up timely appointments, do the job in a professional manner, and leave everything clean. They clean filters outside. They always do the job perfectly.

Called for a quote and scheduled.  They were on time and took some photos of the piping and a special release valve my water heater had.
Called back the next morning and said they could come same day to replace.  Arrived a little late but called and was no problem.  Repair took about an hour and a half and very happy with the result.  My only criticism is the price - onsite he was here for just over an hour and a half and the total bill with tax was $680 (which by hour seems high), also other than standard plumbing supplies (pipe, shutoff valve etc) was just labor so seems expensive.
That said, was happy with the work provided and as it was a bad leak didn't have much time to shop around for better quotes.

hey were punctual and respectful of my property. Prior to the work being done, an estimate of costs and estimated time of work was given after an inspection of the old heater.

Installed a new A/C system to replace former system. Acted professionally, capably and seemed to be very experienced. One piece of equipement was defective at installation and Carmine's immediately arranged with the manufacurer for a replacement unit without trying to "repair" the defective unit.

Prior to that, Tim, their head plumber, came to our house in an emergency
call around 1am on July 16 when a burst pipe spilled water down the
walls of our living room, hallway, kitchen, basement and garage. He
identified the problem and corrected it. We have had 2 experiences with
him, and we found him to be personable, professional, and very competent and he takes the time to explain things. Carmine`s, as a whole, seems to take pride and professionalism in all they do. We have a maintenance contract with them for our heating and air conditioning and they are just very nice people with whom to do business.

Look okay then. It leaks now.

Carmine's just finished a job at our home replacing two air conditioning systems (outside compressors as well as air handlers). Here were the pros and cons:

--Salesman (Pete) was terrific. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, no-pressure, punctual, polite. Couldn't ask for more.
--Installation trucks were immaculate.
--Installation crew was professional, polite, punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. Carmine Jr. showed me problems with our heating system that were building up and never identified by our prior heating/AC service company (we got 2x per year service) or by our oil company (1x per year service). He took the time to explain each issue, how it occurred and where it could progress.
--The installation crew took pride in their work and stayed until the job was done (8:00pm one evening to get us up and running)
I would definitely recommend Carmine's (and Pete) and will almost certainly be switching my service to them.

When I explained that my home warranty company gave me authorization to hire my own contractor but that the service tech would simply need to call an 800 number to explain the services being provided so that I could obtain an authorization code for the work they refused to do it. I explained that I would still be paying the invoice personally but that I would not be reimbursed without the authorization number. It would have taken 5 minutes of their time and would not have prevented their payment. They refused to spend that 5 minutes. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. The woman was extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. It is the height of laziness to not be willing to take one extra small step for a paying customer.

Overall, we were pleased with their service and their handling. We might not go with them because we have another quote that came in a little lower with neighborhood recommendation. We were very satisfied with the way they handled themselves. They were fine people.

Technical was excellent. Found the pilot to be clogged and fixed it.
He put on paper booties before he entered my house which shows me they care.
I would highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with Carmine's. They have a terrific engineer, Tony, who is really why I decided to give them the job. Another highly rated company also bid on the work without even going into the crawlspace and had a no idea that the unit they suggested wouldn't even fit! Tony got right in there and realized the situation immediately. He came up with some creative solutions for this difficult project and did a lot of research to make sure it would all work out. I found the rest of the crew equally terrific. Their ductwork expert came up with some great ideas, too, and everyone who worked on the project was hard working, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Their work was done quickly and neatly.

It went very well; I'm pleased with them. They're prompt and very professional.
