"I had a terrible experience with Ace Kitchen and Appliances when they renovated my kitchen. The entire process took 2-3 weeks longer than promised, STILL NOT FINISHED! which was frustrating from the start. But the real problems began with their poor craftsmanship. To begin with, the pantry wasn't even properly secured to the wall, and I noticed nails carelessly sticking out of the cabinets. The kitchen sink was shockingly installed backwards. On top of that, many of the cabinets were scratched up, and to make matters worse, they damaged my floors and walls during the installation, leaving scratches on both and peeling paint off the walls. They didn’t bother sealing the cabinets or the sink correctly, leaving gaps and an overall unprofessional finish. The soap dispenser for the kitchen sink wasn’t installed at all, and their carelessness didn’t stop there—they even damaged my front door by forcing cabinets through without properly opening it. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Ace Kitchen and Appliances. Their lack of attention to detail, careless handling of my home, and delays have made this a nightmare renovation. I would not recommend them to anyone."

"Got ripped off from repairman Darius. Came & never opened the refrigerator panel to see what the problem is. He assumed the temperature control was at fault since getting H1 errors. Said he would ordered part and return next week. Charged me $99.05 for the part and wanted a check made payable to cash. He never returned. I called another company and he came today and opened panel and showed me I did not have gas in the tubes that should show a frosting on them. He recharged the system and now it works great and charged me a lot less."

"had an absolutely terrible experience with this company we made an appointment for them to come look at the dryer if they never showed up for the first appointment we had to call back and set up another appointment when it comes out and looks all said and done and he leaves come to find out our dryer is making a very loud noise the lint dryer vent duct was not attached to the back of our dryer. we had extra screws that were not extra that actually belongs on the back of the dryer.They did not put screws back in the dryer properly so the back panel is crooked and Boeing at one side because he did not put the screws back in or properly."
