"Painted our house and decks, house looks good, but the paint started coming off of the deck (since they didn't finish it) within just a few months - I let David know and they said on 8/16/2023 that he stated on 9/8/2023 he would look into it, then stopped responding to my emails, even though I made it very clear I was very concerned and wanted to fix it prior to the winter. Terrible customer service!!!!"

I wasn’t able to get back to him right away, and he very politely followed up, which I appreciated. He was right on time for our quote appointment, and quoted a price that I thought was very reasonable given the amount of work needed. (The gutters hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time and even had some weeds growing in them, so could not just be flushed out.) We set up an appointment just a few days after. He again arrived on time and did a great job, with no mess left over. At every stage Nick was friendly and professional. I plan to have him clean the gutters again next year, and possibly use his power washing services too.
