"He and his team did the job well, in a timely fashion. They were easy to work with too. We recommend him for any Job with these services; sandblasting or dry ice blasting. The price was reasonable too; for the services rendered they were on par with their competition and looking at the end product better quality the others we saw. Well worth the price."

"We were very impressed with Leahe Development Inc for our mold problem in our attic. After contacting another well known company first and having them not follow through I called Eric at Leahe Development. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Eric came out and sprayed on the day he promised and did an amazing job on our attic. He was very thorough. I highly recommend this company. I am attaching before and after photos for reference."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.

DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.
