"Rob and Christine are terrific. Christine handled the appointment and communications until Rob was onsite. I found Rob to be very knowledgeable and professional. He pumped the cesspool and then used a digital camera to check inside the cesspool to determine type. Afterward he applied the chemicals. Unfortunately we don't have an overfill pool so we have to pump our cesspool more frequently. Rob explained in detail the process, cost and time to install and overfill pool and we will definitely use Mid Suffolk Cesspool when we're ready."

"The individual sent to my home was very friendly and knowledgeable. Got my job done fast and when he said he would. I have not had to have a sump pump replaced before and have not had to have my cesspool services before, so I am not sure where the company stands price-wise with what I was charged.
