"Suffolk Liner replaced a leaky old liner for us. This is the second time they have done a liner for us and they are without question the most professional, timely, friendly and reputable firm in the business. They stand behind their installation and products. We had a salesperson named Arik who was absolutely the kindest person you could want. By the the time he took his time showing us the different patterns we could get and how they would look with the pool filled (from pictures on his phone), we were sold on one liner in particular. Not only did they get the liner for us promptly (it was early season) but did the installation flawlessly. By the time Arik finished displaying his products, he felt more like a friend to than a salesman. You get a sense of honesty and trustworthiness in every interaction with Suffolk Liner. I would pay more just to have them do a job because it is clear that thry are professional and stand behind their products. "After a bit of a rocky start with some miscommunication around the timing of the pool opening, overall Tri-M has been great. They got the pool open and cleared up in just a few weeks. Despite my not being a weekly service customer as I perform these myself, Tri-M has been responsive to a few issues I've had this season. Tr-M is always easy to reach with a call - you'll get Joel or Barb and they are very responsive. I appreciated that they were willing to open/close and preform limited weekly services - many companies out here are not, which is why I hired Tri-M,. Will definitely be using Tri-M next season"
