He provided a detailed estimate and explained all facets of the project. Jack also provided additional recommendations for repairing the house gutters and downspouts. The home was built in the 1940's and the basement would flood following rain. Since the repairs, three rain storms within five weeks, each with over 3 inches of rain, have occurred and the basement waterproofing project was immediately tested. It has remained dry!"
