Prompt, professional, timely service

The 1st treatment was on time and professional. The second treatment, they did not show up for two appointments requiring me to stay home when I had appointments and errands and several extra phone calls to them. Finally someone else from within the company came to do the job. The original worker quit for the day without contacting me before doing my second treatment as scheduled, while it turned out they had a new secretary that didn't reschedule the make up appointment in their log for the next morning.

They were very timely, courteous and professional. They seemed to know their stuff. I just wished it was a little less expensive. 350 dollars is a lot.

This company was incredible! For some reason the day after the service call my floor was all sticky. After mopping it twice, it was still sticky. Although it couldn't be determined how this had happened, they came back as soon as I called them and steam cleaned the floor twice and wiped it with dry cloths. I can't say enough positive things about this company and would recommend them highly
