- Colley's Pools & SpasThe project manager Dana was a joke, all she was worried about was getting the 57K once she had that she could care less what went on. I would not agree to pay all upfront- 50% and 50% on completion or they will do a poor job. They broke our fence and have not repaired it- it was a new fence and they hit it in 2 places in one area they bent the pole- nothing was even said about the damage until I brought it up- we were double charged for the concrete and when I asked for documentation they could not seem to produce it or even answer my concerns. We held back $500 because of the damage and threated not to complete the pool closing or give us the cover- which is valued at a lot more. Again 57K is in their pocket already-$500 does not really seem like much at all. They left a mess in the back yard and in our garage, the pool is not level it rides up on one side. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. FInd another pool company these guy are really bad
- Carter PoolsDarren was patient and helpful with the planning process. His digging crew was awesome and hardworking.. 2c the electrical guy was good as was the excavator people. Once the pool was filled, it was hard to get Darren to come back and finish up. It is almost sept and there are still some loose ends here! I would do it again! And I would recommend Carter Pools to friend and family :-

- Colley's Pools & SpasColley’s had put in a Pheasant’s pool. We had actually seen the pool. We called them to meet with them. He was punctual and business-like. He could not meet my all my request in line of what I wanted in my pool. So, I guess at that stand point, he was not able to hundred percent help me, but his prices were in line with the other guys. I will probably contact him again for follow-up on the quotation

"This provider came to the house prepared to show his products. So, he had lots of photos of pools that they installed, designs of the sizes, and everything. So, I was able to get a feel for the product. They had listing of the pools they put in the area. Their quotation was all typed-up and clearly written and they provided it to me instantly. They had paper work on the specifics of their pools and liners. They had asked me for some initial information about the size of my backyard. They followed-up with me with a sketch of a proposal for putting the pool in the backyard. They followed-up with me a couple of times over the phone to see if I wanted to meet again, if I had any other question, or if I wanted references or names of contractors that they work with. At an experience stand point, I felt that Pacific Pools did an excellent job in the quotation process. I would use them again for quotations in the future.
