"Great job. Guys were professional and friendly. I was lucky enough to get same day service. They explained all that was done and why. Clean up, best they could when working with concrete. I would hire this company again without hesitation."

"We've used Romeo for several projects and have always been very satisfied with his work. His latest project was extending the concrete pad around our pool. Excellent work, as always. He's professional, prompt, polite and an exceptional worker. Without question we will be calling him for our next project."

"Quick response time, showed up as promised with equipment for stone and dirt removal which turned out to be a lot harder than originally thought. Replaced mulch on all flower beds and removed old shrubs and replanted new ones. Bad weather extended their completion time but we are very happy how the job turned out. Thank you!"

"Sean & his son & crew did a great job with the landscaping in our backyard after we had a hot tub installed. He came up with suggestions on putting in pavers next to the hot tub and concrete pads in the back. He went above and beyond as we added things to the project and he came through with economical ways to complete the additions that we asked for. He even suggested using the extra pavers to make an area for the garbage can. They were professional, courteous and took care to clean up after themselves. I would recommend using him for your landscaping project. Thanks Sean!"

"

About 6 men did the work. They were very organized. They covered the path from the door to the basement where the inside work was done. They were polite, professional. The foreman kept us abreast of progress. He did took seriously questions that my wife and I had. He did not talk down to my wife. They moved and covered up everything in the basement with plastic. I had moved a lot of  stuff out ahead of time. They dug about a one foot wide trench along the inside  perimeter of the basement, installed drain pipe and re-cemented with several vents. The pipe runs to the new sump pump. They did repairs and drainage on the outside perimeter as well. Everything was hooked up to pre-existing storm drains. The work took three days.

My only mild complaint is that the utility sink in the basement pitches slightly forward, and so it does not drain as completely as it should. I did not ask them to fix it.

We had this done in response to water in the basement. We did not have a sump pump prior to this and had 9 inches of water in the basement last February. We have not had much rain, and so I cannot verify that all is OK, but it seems to be at this point.

Another happy customer!
Clay drain tile removal. FACT: With WNY being an older development in most areas, clay drain tile was used in the basements to lower the water table. Over time, clay deteriorates which leaves you with cracked, broken and defective drain tile. This leads to water backing up into your basement causing mold, mildew & damage to your foundation.

Masonry questions, answered by experts

Most of the time, you don’t need to seal brickwork and can save that money for another area of home improvement. But if your brick is cracking or you live in an area with a lot of excess moisture (either in terms of rain or freezes), sealing can extend the lifetime of your home. But, make sure you use a breathable sealant, like siloxane, to allow the moisture to evaporate on its own.

Modern brick houses are really stick-built homes with a brick facade for aesthetic purposes only, so most have framing. With genuine brick construction, most homeowners install furring strips over the interior of the brick and then install drywall over those strips to cover the brick wall, so they don’t have traditional framing.

Yes, staining a brick home can increase a home’s value, assuming your pro does a good job and you keep up with maintenance tasks. Staining brick is a much better way to increase a home’s value than painting brick, as the latter can cause chipping, warping, and bubbling. Brick stain, on the other hand, gets absorbed by the surface, so it can still breathe.

They offer durability, aesthetic appeal, and resistance to weathering compared to concrete or asphalt.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) recommends placing a mailbox 6 inches to 8 inches back from the curb. If your lot is unusual, speak with town authorities or the local post office to determine the correct placement.
