"I had a major plumbing issue in my House. The main waste pipe that connects my shower, toilet, sink and kitchen Broke. It was a 4 inch cast iron pipe that was about 14 feet long. It was accessible by a crawl space under my house. So, I started to call (several) local Plumbing companies. The plumbers who showed up, looked at everything. Then told me I had to rip up my kitchen and Livingroom floor to fix the pipe. (None of the Plumbers wanted to use the crawl space.) One local plumber wanted 200 dollars up front just to show up.
