He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects. David came out promptly and emailed us a quote within a few days of the visit. The deal purchased did not include railings, which was made clear upon purchase and as soon as they arrived to power wash the deck. My deck was also over the size limit. This cost me $400 on top of the $199 for the deal I purchased.
They powerwashed the deck very very well, and then stained it equally as well. It looks great.
