It was only when contacted by my lawyer from an unknown number there was a response. Dates and times were given for the job started to be completed and he has yet to fulfill his obligation. Not only was his lack of communication an issue, but once the job was discussed and terms and payment were agreed upon, more money was demanded, therefore outrageously changing the cost of the job that was thoroughly discussed. Way more materials were purchased than necessary for the jobs. Him and his workers did not always clean up after themselves., which lead to my tire being punctured. If you have a strong desire to work with a dishonest contractor lacking the ability to communicate as a business man I would highly recommend R&A. "
