"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"I would hire this company over and over again! Humberto, his son and their guys are amazing! Our bathroom and laundry room had gotten water damage due to a backed up sewer line. Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. They are VERY NEAT workers, always cleaning as they go. They’re reliable, trustworthy and you can tell they aren’t just in it for the money. Humberto is really compassionate."

"This was the second attempt to install my tub liner as the first installer cut the liner short and may have damage a couple of wall tiles in the process. A new tub liner had to be reordered and a different installer by the name of Paul Norton came out to the house to complete the job with a new liner. Paul was very courteous and professional in explaining everything that had to be done and even was able to repair the damaged tiles in a satisfactory manner. Except for the inconvenience of needing to have Bath Fitter come to my house for a second time to complete the job that should have been completed on the first try, I am happy with the final result and Especially the installer (PAUL NORTON) that came to the house the second time and finished the job. "We faced a plumbing emergency on Friday afternoon. The supply line to our bathroom sink sprung a leak, the shutoff valve was corroded shut, and other parts were failing and needed replacement. All of the plumbers we have used previously were unavailable. We called Boss Pro and they came quickly and stopped the leak. They collected all the parts necessary to correct the situation and came back to complete the repairs and reinstall the sink. We are very pleased with their work and will call them the next time we have a plumbing problem."

Angelo Ruggiero was a pleasure to work with.  Not only did he have great ideas and suggestions throughout the planning process, but his color recommendation for the walls was spot on.  He also went above and beyond by acting as liaison between me and the plumbing supply store/tile supplier (thereby saving me multiple trips to each business).   He was always available by phone, text, or email and would give me daily updates on his progress.  His attention to detail and electrical knowledge proved invaluable, as during the course of the project he uncovered significant wiring problems.  Angelo advised me of the issues and then contacted a master electrician to fix the problems.  While the cost was unexpected, the urgency with which the issues were resolved was impressive. 

Addendum:  sometime after construction was complete, I developed a leak from what appeared to be the new bathroom.  I contacted Angelo on a Saturday; he came the next day, Sunday, to investigate.  He spent much of the morning at my house searching for the leak, even climbing on my roof at one point.  Turns out, the leak was from my other bathroom.  Not only did he fix the problem, but he did so at no charge. 

I unequivocally recommend Angelo Ruggiero and Radical Renovations and look forward to engaging his services in the future for the renovation of my other bathroom.

"Kevin and Mike arrived right on time. It was obvious that Kevin was new to the company as Mike was giving him a lot of direction. I am okay with that, everyone has to learn. Both were very professional. While there, Mike also looked at an issue I had with a dripping shower faucet. My wife did not want to cut open the sheetrock in her closet so Mike suggested that we replace the tub with a new fiberglass shower that way they could replace the valve in the wall and replace the valve in the wall and also add a new faucet. I am waiting on a price."

"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again.
