Webber was responsive in sending out a team right away, but these guys looked at the pump for about 15 minutes and told me it was totally shot and needed to be fully replaced. Luckily, I decided to wait one more day and get a second opinion from the guys who installed the pump a few years back— they actually got down and did the work, found out it was just a wiring problem and saved me nearly $5,000.
