For the drain tile, a five man crew did all the work in one day. For both jobs, the crews were professional, prompt, polite, hard-working and as clean as such jobs are possible. Each member of the crew had a specialty that he concentrated on but also worked well in the group when needed. The area was cleaned up well and my stuff was returned to the original locations. "T Mark have done work for me before and got the above rating then also. This time I called them because I thought my hot water tank was leaking. I called at 1:30pm and the technician arrived at 2:45pm and quickly determined the problem did not stem from my tank. He spent about 30 minutes finding the source of the leak which turned out to be from the base of the chimney. To determine this, he opened up the a/c unit, followed all the plumbing pipes, checked the upstairs bathrooms, dishwasher, sink etc., he even pouring a cup of water on the basement floor to determine the flow pattern and finally gave his diagnosis and advice on how to remedy it. When I asked for his invoice, I was told, "I came to fix the water heater, it wasn't broken, so there's no charge!" I was stunned. I will call these guys anytime and recommend then highly."
