Proceeded to clean that up, added some additional freon and within a couple hours things were right as rain. You can just tell that he's an honest guy. Didn't try to upsell anything. Showed me the problem, told me the fix, and did it. Would recommend to anyone."

When the serviceman, Adam Blatner arrived, he diagnosed the problem rather quickly and fixed it. When you scheduled the camera and water testing, it was prompt and again called to say who was coming here and what time. The men also wore floor protectors to avoid bringing in any debris."

So you just pay them fill out the form and get your $50. check in mail from national fuel. It was inexpensive and tmark still excepted their own coupon on top of the rebate. Making a late night call, an answering service took the call and left a message. Shortly there after the owner Tony called to discuss the problem. A tech was sent out the next day and unfortunately the Supplier needed to be contacted to help diagnose the problem and make sure it was covered under warranty. The fact that it was a holiday weekend and the supplier was closed, Tony came out personally and installed a temporary water heater for my wife and my young boys. Upon the arriving of the part, Tony came out first thing and was prompt and professional always being careful to put on his shoe coverings as to not tract dirt in the house. He fixed the heater and was so professional in the process. I would highly recommend Cellino plumbing to anyone who had a plumbing or HVAC need. Its always amazing when the owner comes out to personally take on the job at hand.
