Not only did he fix the leaking problem he took his time to adjust dampers to ensure all rooms are toasty! This has always been a problem for us and not fixed until now. The diagnosis was thorough and the work was completed in a timely manner. We give this review a 4.9 because CJ Mechanical refused to sign a contract but instead insisted on using an invoice with a disclaimer notice. Experience has taught us that no matter the job, or how many positive reviews a contractor has online, it is very important to get a detailed contract that clearly states the scope of the work and responsibilities. Fortunately for us, in this instance, the work was completed to our satisfaction and the system is functioning significantly better than it had previously. Great job."
