This is the third time we have used this company since we moved to the area just over 4 years ago. They were so terrific on the initial service provide back in 2013 that we knew we wouldn't be utilizing another company. Jake and Josh were right on time and were so pleasant and professional. Based on the type of unit I have they recommended this service be done every two years. They answered questions I had and gave me some suggestions. I will absolutely call them in two years!

It went well. I could not be present for the chimney inspections, but they provided me with digital images showing the condition of the flues and followed this up with a phone call to explain what they were seeing. Repair recommendations were well considered. Repairs were executed in a timely fashion. All work was neat and clean.

Our chimney was a mess due to rain water damage and corrosion of bricks and mortar. During the first visit it was obvious that more than one person, and higher capacity shopvac was needed to do the job. The came back on rescheduled date, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. They also cleaned up the work area afterwards; we didn't have to do any cleaning afterwards. They were competent and professional.
