"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy."

Professional on every level from covering their shoes every time they went in and out, thorough problem investigation, courteous and great explanations throughout the process, reasonable and fair prices, solid install and equipment. "Avi returned my call right away, and followed up right before our scheduled appointment. I had a leaking and corroded taco zone valve ,as well as cool to the touch radiators in my home. Avi assessed and explained the work to be done. I had many quotes from other plumbers and hvac companies. Glad I used Boss Plumbing. The pipe work surrounding the leak looks so new and clean! Best part --He showed me how to bleed my radiators. Remember you get what you pay for!"
