"Timothy was very professional. He answered my inquiry in a timely fashion and then came on time for his appointment to look at what I wanted and give me an estimate. He then can back as discussed and painted my bedroom ceiling. He took his time and it was done neatly. No paint got on the floor or furniture. As he completed the work he asked I'd he could come back a few days later to see if he had to touch-up anything after seeing the dried results. I thought that was very nice and I appreciated it. I left a message and Paul called back in less than 5 minutes.  Paul came out to give an estimate within 3 days and within one week, was here to do the work.  Paul and Michael arrived promptly.  Mike stayed to do the work.  It was tedious as the wall paper border was being stubborn.  It looks great and is ready to be painted.  The clean up was thorough and everything was back in place just as it was upon their arrival.  Paul came back to check to be sure all was good with the work.  It sure was! "Both men were courteous. I was worried about the helper smoking in the house. There was no evidence of that happening. There was apparently some confusion about what was to be painted. Service Pro did Spackle work on the kitchen and family room ceilings, but only painted the kitchen ceiling. That just didn't seem to make sense. The kitchen ceiling is beautiful. The real issue is the lack-of-finish of the plaste work in the family room. An outside corner, which needed a metal edge replaced was badly crooked. I hit it twice to get it straight.
