"We contacted Matt to demolish a very old deck and build a new Trex composite deck, stairs and railing. The entire base support structure of the old deck needed to be replaced, including attachment points to the home that were rotted due to poor design and flashing of the prior deck. When looking for a contractor we researched many options. We eliminated contractors who seemed to only occasionally build a deck, those who had a different primary focus area, and those who did not often do composite decking. Initially, we found Matt's business listed on the Trex website as a certified TrexPro Gold installer. After then reading his positive reviews across AngliesList, Facebook, & Google, and seeing photos of many projects that appeared to be the type of work we were looking for, we reached out. Communication was excellent from the initial quote through completion of the project. The quality of the work and attention to detail was excellent. "We decided to replace the tired carpet in our condo. United Carpet was our second stop in search of solid vinyl wood plank flooring. We were fortunate to meet Art McLeod, who showed us a vast array of options, We settled on Karndeen and found one we though would go well next to the existing parquet wood flooring in the rest of the condo. He urged us to take a sample home, and we were glad he did, for our sense of the color match was way off. When we returned he shows us what he thought would work. He "right" sold us, (others had tried to get us to take a more expensive product than we needed or wanted) offering us a product a bit less expensive than what we picked, but he assured us it was of equal quality and better for our application, over a concrete floor (we live an a converted 1903 schoolhouse). His selection was right on the money. He kept us apprised of the order and delivery dates and set up an install date based on our availability. His install crew, Jim and Bob arrived on time, calling ahead. Unfortunately they discovered the concrete under the carpet had heaves and cracks and would require leveling. They were craftsmen and did the job carefully and completely. A one day install dragging into four days, but we didn't mind, because we knew the job would be done well and right. They went out of their way to accommodate us in timing of arrival, and always kept us apprised of any need for them to briefly engage in a repair or other activity. They were not going to leave until the job was done perfectly, and they held to that promise. They were pleasant, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home. We are thrilled with the product, with the installation and our entire experience with United Carpet has been excellent. We cannot recommend them highly enough."

"I waited a year to rate the work provided by Piccirillo enterprises. Tony was very professional in conversation. We hired him based on reviews. He had instead of the crew to work on our house one person and occasionally he came, not often. The work lasted two months longer than projected. The finished product overall looks nice. However after a year I've now had the plumbing fixed in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The problems were basic plumbing not done properly and leaking water caused more issues. I would not recommend hiring this person as you get presented with a plan that sounds great, then in retrospect get to pay thousands to finish the job so it not only looks nice but it actually functions properly. His worker Adam did the majority of the job and as I said it looks nice, but all the major things I had fixed were installed with Tony present. I did reach out to Tony about the issues and he offered to come look at the problems, but after spending alot of money to fix other issues i decided it was in my best interest that I hired another business to fix the problem."
