They replaced supports, added insulation and  new window and replaced both the outside wall and the interior wall. The outside wall was repainted and gutters redirected. The repair is better than the original work .  A great job!!!

Hired Straightline to perform complete tear off and install vinyl siding. Took them 5 months to start the work and that only after repeated phone calls. First day of construction there was insulation blowing all over my neighbors yards so I went out and picked up after the crew. I think the work itself was done well and looks as I expected. The contract stated that they would clean all construction debris but my yard had hundreds of nails left behind. When I called to ask if they could run the magnet to pick them up the person stated that the magnet wouldn't work because my grass was too long (how was I supposed to mow with all of their equiptment and nails in the grass). I was just glad the work was finished and they were gone with no major damage to my house-- the job looked nice but the lack of professionalism will prevent me from ever calling them back.

The estimate process was easy, although I had to make a trip to the office to see the window options (other companies came with a sample window). Measurements were taken during the estimate so that windows could be ordered immediately upon agreement. The price per window was not the cheapest (we did go with slightly higher-end windows) but certainly not the most expensive. Windows arrived in less than 3 weeks (quoted 4-5 week wait) and were installed the next day. Installers were on time, clean and professional. Replacement of 4 windows was complete in under 3 hours. Vacuum was used the entire time for lead dust removal and there was very little/no dust remaining. We did an extra clean for peace of mind (we have a newborn in the house) but it really wasn't necessary.

Straight Line Contractors was very professional and courteous. The prices were a little high but relatively fair and I would highly recommend them. They did a great job.

Straight Line Contractors has very poor customer service. The windows are leaking. We are very unhappy with the work performed as well as the company itself. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
