"The installers were highly competent and professional, but for whatever reason they came up short on the oak flooring, and the warehouse had none of baseboard trim in stock the morning they came to our house so they had to come back a week or so later to complete the project."

"Brian and his father cleaned two carpets and our living room furniture and did a phenomenal job. We have four dogs so as you can imagine the cleaning was needed! They took their time and made sure everything looked good as new (I almost forgot how light my sofa was!) and that smells were eradicated. Brian is professional, friendly and does high quality work. You cannot tile directly over hot mop waterproofing because tile requires a smooth, solid surface to adhere properly. Additionally, the shower bed pan needs to be raised and sloped toward the drain to prevent water from pooling. However, you can hot mop and apply a sloped mortar bed over the top (to which the tile can then be adhered).
