It went really well. Brant did an excellent job. He was flexible and quick. I really appreciated how quickly he did the job. The railing looks great!.

Brant is always professional, and is a perfectionist, does all the work himself.

Brent (Empire Fencing) did this small job others weren't interested in. He took all measurements, provided an estimate and arrived to do the job sooner than the 4 weeks he had told me I'd have to wait. In less than 3 hours he and another worker cut and assembled all pieces in a style matching the existing railing. Installed all gate hardware and gates are now used to keep our dogs out of trouble. He is very knowledgeable about fencing and would recommend to others.

Timing and reliability were excellent

The work he has done has been great. He patched up the ceilings and walls. The second time we had a ceiling patched he had to come back like four times. Seemed excessive and we had to keep being here for him to come back. I took it as being thorough at the time. While he was here I asked him if he did any painting. He said it would be a great indoor winter project for him and to call him back. We did in a couple months and he didn't get back to us. We called him again and our call was returned in about a week. He said he was away for a couple weeks and he would call us when he was back in NY. Still waiting for that call. Trusting my gut and won't be calling him again.

When doing a large remodeling job you need a guy that can fill in all the grey areas, the electrical, the carpentry, media wiring, external walkways, walkway railings,the painting and trim work. Brant was very flexible and saved me both time and hundreds of dollars with his vast experience and abilities in all phases of remodeling, internal and external. He worked with both my plumber and tile guy to create a tremendous upgraded handicap accessible bathroom and bedroom set-up like a hospital room. I found Brant on Angie's with other great reviews and have had him work on several projects since the first electrical problem he helped me with, I would not trust anyone else with work at my residence like do Brant, he is great and highly recommended.

He was very recpectful and eager to do the job right. Ran over to hardware store twice to get correct parts. Fixed both jobs in about 2 hours and was very fairly priced. If he wasnt so busy I would ask him to do more jobs that needed fixing. All around great guy

Brant was backed up (weather delays) and the start of my projects was delayed 1 week. He was in contact with me so the delay was not a surprise. Brant did quality work and suggested options to help me save money while still fixing the issues I had identified.

Brant was timely in getting the work done. The installation of the framing and ceiling tile was not an easy job due to a lot of corners and angles that had to be cut around. Brant did an excellent job of accomplishing all the cutting and adjusting of the tile and framing. I am very pleased with his work and effort. He was here when he said he would be and he called us to let us know when he would be late. We are finding this does not happen with most of the other service people that we have had do work for us. I would recommend Brant for anyone who needs a handyman to do some work around their home. He is very good which is why he is very busy and it may take a while before he can start your job, however as I noted he was very good about letting you know when at what time he would be able to do the work.

He was punctual, helpful, and very professional and the cost was certainly fair given the work and time required to complete it. He was also incredibly responsive and was able to schedule time to come very quickly (which was key because the fence had become really dangerous). We intend to use him again. I am not 100% on the price paid, but I think that was close to the amounts we paid, but either way, we were happy with both the price and the quality of work.

Brant tracked down the problem, showed me that my insulation behind the outlet in the wall was charred and would have likely started a fire in my LOG CABIN in a short amount of time. He did not just disconnect it, he took the time to completely repair and replace the failed outlet during the same service call. When I asked how much he did not even charge enough, I gave him $100 for two hours of work on an emergency, unscheduled call which in my mind was also not enough. I have 4 or 5 other electrical jobs to do on my sprawling country house I have an appointment for him to come back and do and frankly after what he did for me and my family, I did not ask him for an estimate and I will never use another electrician. If you live in the Schaghticoke, Easton, Stillwater or Mechanicville areas I would recommend you do the same and call Brant Dean if you want professional, honest electrical work done.

He was prompt and friendly and got the job done.

We have used Brandt to do most of the work on improving our home for many years. As always, he did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He is a pleasure to work with and always goes out of his way to make sure the job gets done right. For example, after the cabinets were installed he set up our old sink, faucet and countertop temporarily, for two weeks, until our new granite countertops and sink were ready to be installed. He was also there when the countertop was installed so that he could dismantle the old countertop/ sink and install the new faucet after the new countertop and sink was installed by our countertop contractor.

It went outstanding. He was very meticulous. He wasn't the fastest guy in the world but the job was very well done. He is very good.

the quality was not 100% based on his years of experience. he said he had done it for 20 years but did not blend in some gaps with old sheetrock and around a windown

Brant did an execllent job as always. He has been our handyman for over three years and done many different jobs for us. He is always reliable and does an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

They were on time, answered all our questions and took care of all of our requests.

Dean was prompt in coming to give us an estimate to install cellar windows. He was very friendly and actually told us a window that we had was the incorrect size. We decided not to have the windows done at the time. When and if we do decide to have them installed we wouldn't hesitate to call Dean to do the work or any work for that matter.

I found Brant on Angie's list. He was great at communication and warned me that sometimes he gets really busy so if he didn't call me back that I should call him. He was going to be out for back surgery but he fit in my job beforehand and was amazing! The work he did was PERFECT! I was selling my house and these things were a must and Brant came through for me. I would score him high across the board and I would use him again in the future. I just wish I wasn't moving out of state! Thanks Brant!
