"R-Factor Insulation Company does very good work. They insulated my crawl space and did a wonderful job. The owner Mr. Knapp was very professional and came out and gave a free estimate on the work. The job estimate was right on the price with no cost over runs at the completion of the

"From the moment we met nick we felt comfortable. After my gf got taken for money from a contractor we were a little hesitant on trusting anyone again.. Nick gave us a quote for the job that we were very happy with. And insured us we would be very happy. And wow were we, nicks crew was amazing , friendly and cleaned up everything when do e. "The workers did the work well. I added more attic insulation, install walkways in the attic, seal our two crawl spaces My only issue was the salesman would never get back to us with the before and after air tightness results. I wrote down the raw numbers when the workers did the air tests, but they promised 6 times that the salesman would get back to me on the final results and impact it should have on our bills. Workers great, office terrible."
