Brian has done wildlife removal multiple times over a few years. This year I had 2 incidents of squirrels chewing holes and entering the attic area. As in previous times, Brian responded promptly, accessed the problem and immediately acted to remove the squirrels. He followed up several times to make sure the issue was taken care of. I live on the fringe of their territory, about an hour away from the company, but there was no hesitation by the woman who answered the phone. She listened to my problem, then set a day and time for a visit, just two days away. The guy showed early. He did a thorough search outside the house and in the basement and found a suspected point of entry. He was friendly and professional. This is a family business and it's clear they take pride in running it well. We had to reschedule a follow-up visit twice, once because of illness, once because of weather. Both times there was timely communication. They are very accessible and return calls. These guys know what they're doing, are very friendly, prompt and conscientious. It's my first call next time a squirrel gets in the wall

Rick Zalucki, the business owner made the first visit and set up the bait stations and trays. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and listened patiently to my questions and concerns. We toured the house and property together. He determined the type of pest and explained the pest control program. The two follow up visits where made by Jeff Villenueve who was most helpful and courteous. On his last visit Jeff showed me where he had performed minor exclusion work. All visits where on time, scheduled in advance with a reminder phone call the evening before each visit. All service reports were provided electronically via email. Service terms were COD payable on the first visit

"The salesman recommended two exterior treatments to get rid of the hornets/wasps. The main nest was on top of the garage, two stories up, and we could hear them in the wall between two of our bedrooms. They scheduled us very quickly and we haven't seen any hornets/wasps inside since the first treatment about 10 days ago. The first treatment took about 30 minutes and the second, 6 days later, took about 10 minutes. The two reasons for the B rating, not A, are that the salesperson said they would warrant the work for a year, meaning until Dec 31 of the current calendar year (I asked for clarification), but the contract e-mailed to us specified 30 days. In addition, the person doing the second treatment didn't have a ladder, and was using some spray thing to shoot liquid up. It seems unlikely that the main nest actually got hit a second time, since it was on top of a two-story roof. We were also hoping they could either block the hole that was allowing insects into the house or at least tell us what work might need to be done so we could hire someone else to do that, but since the 2nd person didn't have a ladder, that didn't happen either. Also the 2nd person said he couldn't understand the notes the first one left, which seemed odd. Overall, the immediate issue was satisfactorily resolved, however.

"The Thomas' Pest Control employee arrived on time, assessed the situation, and completed the work quickly. He sprayed a powder (environmentally friendly) into the two holes leading to the yellow-jacket nest. He then went back to assess how the yellow-jackets were responding and noted that they were getting covered with the power and were starting to die. He let me know that it could take up to 7-10 days to take full effect but that I should check in a few days and let them know if I was still seeing a lot of activity.
