Well I must start off by saying it's my fault for not looking at the contract closer. My fiance was doing the talking with these guys and we had a quote for $7200 that included snow guards for another contractor. These guys charges us $8600 with no snow guards. We really wanted to get it done...

"had an absolutely terrible experience with this company we made an appointment for them to come look at the dryer if they never showed up for the first appointment we had to call back and set up another appointment when it comes out and looks all said and done and he leaves come to find out our dryer is making a very loud noise the lint dryer vent duct was not attached to the back of our dryer. we had extra screws that were not extra that actually belongs on the back of the dryer.They did not put screws back in the dryer properly so the back panel is crooked and Boeing at one side because he did not put the screws back in or properly."
