I don't know about anyone else but if you need raccoon or bat removal or cleanup, I highly recommend you call Stephanie at Wildlife Management and no I wasn't paid for this review. "I hired this company last October to illuminate mice and squirrels in my basement. In the beginning I thought highly of John and Anthony and thought they corrected the problem but in January the squirrels were back. I called them and their phone number says that the voicemail is full. I wrote to them and asked them to call me. They never contacted me and still haven’t. I keep trying to contact them, but they refused to accept my calls. John told me I would have a guarantee to get rid of them for one year which did not happen. I am totally frustrated that they won’t even have the courtesy to call me back. I would not recommend them at all."

"I normally do not do much reviews but I had to this time. I live 800+ miles away from my parents. My parents are elderly. My father has spent most of the last 9 months in and out of the hospital and somewhere along the way brought bed bugs home. This was a disaster! They were literally eating my parents alive and I'm 800 miles away! I called many people but Tim was different than all of them. It has been a very very long road in getting the bugs cleared. My parents' home is very cluttered which made this process extremely more difficult to rid the infested house of these horrific bugs. Tim stuck through until the end. He kept me in the loop without me hunting him down. He would check on my sweet mom on weekends. He was in the middle of some large projects and totally stressed out and still found away to go to my parents when they needed him or they were ready for another treatment. Literally, no other company would have given my parents the time and care Tim did; no one. This is your guy. He's knowledgeable and he actually cares. It is of the Lord that He connected us with Tim. Being 800+ miles away was hard enough but my parents were in good hands with Tim the entire time. Hands down our only recommendation!"

"About to come up on the one year anniversary of signing a contract with AE and they have still not completed their work nor have they returned all of my money. To date, they still have over $8K of my money which should be sitting in my savings account earning interest instead of paying their bills. I want to make it clear that the staff who works for them, namely Sal, is wonderful and is a great worker/contractor in his own right. When Sal comes to the property he is professional, courteous, hard working, and very timely. I cannot stress this enough. The two owners of this business, on the other had, have done nothing but disappoint us. So many empty promises, over-promising and under-delivering, 3 bounced checks, recently missed appointment for the last phase of our project, and 3 or more unanswered messages to confirm and then to ask why they didn't show and when to expect our money that has been promised since JANUARY! Josh is such a nice guy and I hate to write this review and update but a business person he is not. I wish him and his wife all the best but could never use them again."
