"This company does a great job. They are knowledgeable and thorough, and we appreciate their attention to the health of the trees, and trimming them in a way that will not compromise the tree itself. When coming out to give us a quote, they were great at walking through recommendations and what they thought was most important. Our only complaint is communication/scheduling. It took over a month to hear back from them about scheduling a time to come out for a quote. Once it was scheduled, no one showed up or reached out letting us know they weren't coming. We received a call a few days later to schedule again and they did come out and provide a quote promptly. However, once it was accepted, we did not hear from them again until 3 weeks later when they asked if they could come by that same morning, which did not work. We scheduled for the following day around noon-1, and got a call around 2 that they wouldn't be able to make it out until the following day (understandably, things happen, but with the previous experience it just added a bit of frustration). Overall, this just created a bit of a confusing scheduling experience. For some people, this could be very frustrating. The day of the job itself, everything went very smoothly and we are pleased with the outcome. We definitely recommend this company for tree services."
