"Dream Work Designs renovated my 30' x 16' deck. I had them rip everything out except the structure and replace it. As it turns out, they even ended up doing some structural work for me--sistering floor joists, squaring an end joist, and improving on the original stairs. These were not things I originally requested or was aware of, so it was refreshing that they were transparent about the structural deficiencies. While it took much longer than originally quoted (granted--they were dodging snowstorms), the end result was very good and Brian and Karen did a great job of staying in touch throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dream Work Designs for your next deck project. They're a great small company that deserves your business."

"Excellent installation of outside outlet, and also installed motion light over the garage door. Professional, very accommodating, and all outside work was done in terrible weather! I will definitely use Exquisite Construction again, especially that I'm now aware of the breadth of their service, and how reliable and professional they are. The additional charge was $75.00
