"We contacted Matt to demolish a very old deck and build a new Trex composite deck, stairs and railing. The entire base support structure of the old deck needed to be replaced, including attachment points to the home that were rotted due to poor design and flashing of the prior deck. If he wasn’t 100% confident that he could complete the task, he has expert resources he could reach out to or sub contract through to make sure that job is done right. 2. He has all the right tools to complete the job and do it neatly. 3. He is very meticulous. I thought I was OCD, but everything Dane did was done perfectly, and if anything needed fixed he would do whatever he had to in order to get it done right. 4. He is punctual.
