There was almost a $300 estimate before starting the job estimate was never supplied blamed, getting a permit, which other plumber was able to get in less than a day never heard back until I complained still have not received an estimate play they did not wanna do the job and just took the money."

Being a small owner-operated business allows us to give customer a faster more oriented approach to diagnosing and fixing all home appliance needs. "After having to play phone tag with them, they scheduled me Then they forgot about the appointment When the tech finally came out 2 weeks later, he ran the washer without telling anybody Told me that I needed a new new water filter Proceeded to leave and I had to contact them after about two more weeks for them to set me up for the following week The following week came and on the day of my appointment they called me and said that they damaged the part so they can't do my appointment It's been 3 weeks since then and I contacted them to see what was up. I called them and left a voicemail and got no response. I texted them and got no response. I contacted GE and they are filing a complaint with this company. They also ship the part directly to me and are finding a new technician. Upon getting the serial number and model number for my appliance I discovered mold that has been there for a month because the tech never said he ran it. May need entire new washer. Not recommended."
