Greczyn Brothers is a family-owned business owned by two brothers. When we started this business we wanted to change the face of appliance repair. Offering quick online booking and payments, honest repairs/prices, as well as keeping customers in the loop through text message upon arrival and emailed invoices where customers can see estimates broken down in an easy to understand format. Being a small owner-operated business allows us to give customer a faster more oriented approach to diagnosing and fixing all home appliance needs. While having 20 years of combined appliance repair service you can be assured that Greczyn Brothers will always be using the most up to date diagnostic tools and equipment available to ensure all problems are properly handled.

"After having to play phone tag with them, they scheduled me Then they forgot about the appointment When the tech finally came out 2 weeks later, he ran the washer without telling anybody Told me that I needed a new new water filter Proceeded to leave and I had to contact them after about two more weeks for them to set me up for the following week The following week came and on the day of my appointment they called me and said that they damaged the part so they can't do my appointment It's been 3 weeks since then and I contacted them to see what was up. I called them and left a voicemail and got no response. I texted them and got no response. I contacted GE and they are filing a complaint with this company. They also ship the part directly to me and are finding a new technician. Upon getting the serial number and model number for my appliance I discovered mold that has been there for a month because the tech never said he ran it. May need entire new washer. Not recommended."

"had an absolutely terrible experience with this company we made an appointment for them to come look at the dryer if they never showed up for the first appointment we had to call back and set up another appointment when it comes out and looks all said and done and he leaves come to find out our dryer is making a very loud noise the lint dryer vent duct was not attached to the back of our dryer. we had extra screws that were not extra that actually belongs on the back of the dryer.They did not put screws back in the dryer properly so the back panel is crooked and Boeing at one side because he did not put the screws back in or properly."
