Humberto, his son, and their team replaced drywall, baseboards, primed and painted both rooms. They redid the laundry room floors, and the vanity in the bathroom. Everything looks amazing, and we have already discussed with them if they can redo the rest of downstairs, paint upstairs and my kitchen cabinets. "At first Christopher with Rite Time seemed nice and helpful to fix my bathtub faucet. He came to look at it and said the inside needed to be cut off given it was old and corroded. Given the property is a condo, we agreed he?d come back another day so I can get approval from the property manager to cut near the pipe in the wall. He quoted me 450 and said it would take about 3 hours. After approval, he said he would come back at 830am. I let him know I would need his license number to prove he was a certified plumber. He said no problem. I coordinated with my tenant to have them home and Christopher no call and no showed. He still has not responded to any text or call. I?m pretty sure he?s not licensed. Anyway, I got a plumber to come in today who fixed it in 20 minutes for $140. Long story, go elsewhere for any plumbing work. "
