It went well. They provide a nice waiting room and they worked with a crew ranging from 2-4 people, cleaning out my car with a vacuum, cleaning the interior, windows and carpeting, washed and waxed the exterior. I think it took almost 2 hours.

They usually have a line, but it moves along fast. The time to pulling in to leaving with a car wash is usually around 30 minutes.

The automatic touchless car wash works well most of the time. However, when I had an issue with a malfunction of the equipment, the attendant was there and was more than willing to give me a credit to have the wash re-done. The self-wash bays also work well and are easy to use.
