They promised to replace the riser when new one came in. I called when riser arrived they came and replaced as promised. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. Fabian and his sons showed an overarching concern for making sure the end product would create the precise result I wanted.

As an example, I had requested a particular staining to allow this central room to best integrate with the remainder of the house. Fabian's son Jonathan felt (correctly) that the stain we chose would not give us the correct result, and so took it on himself to put together several samples on the site, and created a blend of stain to match what was needed.

The work was done according to the schedule laid out beforehand, and all workers were both punctual and courteous. The final price was as stated in the original estimates - no surprises or "gotchas".
