He was recommended by a friend and came promptly. I don't know the details of what he did, but the problem was that this computer had gotten hacked with demands to pay a huge sum to fix it. It has not been totally repaired, I trust.

He did a great job, he was able too very quickly rebuild the hard drive, he restored all of my files, fixed the backup systems, he did an amazing job, very professional, a very fair price, and know what he was doing.
